Cancellation Policy
All scheduled appointments and programs require a cancellation notice at least 24 business hours prior to the set appointment time or program start date. Failure to provide this notice, whether via phone, voicemail, or email, will result in a full charge for the respective appointment or program. To secure appointments or program enrollments, credit card details will be obtained. If an appointment or program is missed without the requisite 24-business-hour cancellation notice, the full amount will be billed to the provided credit card. Please ensure punctuality for all sessions. Sessions will be deemed cancelled if you're more than 15 minutes late, and you'll be billed accordingly.
